SHIPPING POLICY

1.Shipping Method

Fedex and UPS are our main couriers for ground shipping service. Signatures are required on delivery.

Your Inflatable Castle will arrive to your doorstep in a big box, almost ready to play.
Note:
1. Please allow 2″ measurement tolerance.
2. Please ensure the users’ age and/or weight limit is not exceeded during use. Each sliding/climbing area can accommodate up to ONE user simultaneously.
3. Please use the inflatable on soft surfaces like turf and secure it to the surface with the provided ground anchors before use.
4. It is common and essential for a small amount of gas to escape from the seams while the air blower operates continuously. This release helps maintain balanced air pressure within the inflatable structure to ensure a safe and enjoyable jumping experience for your children.

2.Delivery Time

In-stock orders typically ship within one week, unless otherwise noted on the product page. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email once the order has shipped. The carrier is FedEx or UPS. Please allow 7-30 business days for your shipment to arrive at your address. For any third-party shipping, we cannot provide any additional shipping information or documentation. Any delivery dates provided by Foxit are estimates. Delivery dates are only an estimate and we do not guarantee exact delivery dates.

3.Order Tracking

You track your order and shipping & handling information on your account if you have registered one on www.Foxit.com. If you haven’t registered on our site, you can also track your order here with your tracking number. For more shipping information, send an email to yozi@zsfengxing.cn. We will get back to you in 24-48 hours.

4.Change of Shipping Address

(1)Before Shipping: Free of charge.

(2)After Shipping: $50 WILL BE CHARGED when the items are in transit. (We cannot guarantee the address will be successfully changed due to the complicated situations. If fails, we will refund the $50.)

(3)We don’t accept address changing if the package has already been delivered successfully.

5.Claim For A Lost Package

If you did not receive the package after the tracking status shows it has been delivered, please contact us within 3 business days. Otherwise, the customers need to contact the corresponding logistics company directly to start a claim. We don’t accept package lost claims after three days from the delivered date.
